§ 31.33  RULES, RECORDS, REPORTS AND BUDGET OF COMMISSION.
   (A)   The City Ambulance Service Commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a complete record of its proceedings, which record shall be public record.
   (B)   A copy of the minutes of each annual or special meeting of the Commission shall be filed with the City Clerk.
   (C)   A record of all special proceedings shall also be filed with the City Clerk.
   (D)   The Commission shall submit reports as the Council and any other participating political subdivision may from time to time require and request.
