(A) Annual meeting. The annual meeting of the City Ambulance Service Commission shall be held on the last Monday in January of each year at which time the Commission shall select by a majority vote by ballot from among the members thereof, a Chairperson; Vice Chairperson and Secretary to serve for a term of one year or until their successors are elected and qualified. The Commission may create and fill among its members such other offices and committees as it may from time to time determine to be expedient.
(B) Special meetings. The City Ambulance Service Commission may hold special meetings pursuant to call thereof by the Chairperson or by three members of the Commission pursuant to due notice of the time and place thereof and the business to be considered.
(C) Notice of meetings. Seventy-two hours’ notice in writing setting forth the time and place of meeting, and in the case of special meetings, the business to be transacted, shall be given each member of the Commission personally or by ordinary mail. Notice of meeting may be waived in writing at the time of meeting. Attendance at and participation in any meeting by a member of the Commission shall constitute waiver of notice thereof.
