§ 31.31 COMPOSITION, APPOINTMENT; TERM AND OATH; FILLING VACANCIES.
   (A)   The Ambulance Service Commission as established shall consist of one representative from the City Community Fire Protection Association, the City Council and the President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of Ambulance Service.
   (B)   The members of the Ambulance Service Commission shall be appointed by the Council of the city each year for a term of one year, and until their successors are appointed and have qualified. Vacancies which may occur during the term of office of any of the members of the Commission for any reason shall be filled by the political subdivision affected for the unexpired portion of the then-current term.
