§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine and/or imprisonment. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. The city may through the issuance of an injunction stop any violation of this chapter.
