§ 151.083 I STANDARDS.
   (A)   Street setback: minimum of 25 feet.
   (B)   Lot line setbacks: ten feet minimum, except where industrial abuts a residential zone in which case the minimum will be 30 feet.
   (C)   Parking: minimum of ample off-street parking to accommodate normal traffic generated by the business.
