(A) Officers of the Association shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Training Officer and Vehicle Maintenance Officer.
(B) The officers shall be selected by Council after consulting with the ambulance service to serve for one year or until their successors are selected and qualified. Their term of office shall begin on April 1 following the annual meeting held in March.
(C) No member shall hold more than one office at a time.
(D) In the event an officer is removed, resigns or is unable to act, a successor shall be appointed by the City Council after consulting with the Ambulance Service to fill the unexpired term of the officer.
(E) Officers are subject to removal by the City Council upon advice and consent of the Ambulance Commission.
