§ 52.04 SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   Unless special permission is granted in writing by the Council, every premise shall have a separate and distinct water service connection and a separate meter. All service connections shall be made and installed in accordance with regulations, requirements and specifications established by the Council or by persons approved by the Council.
