   The City Council shall establish by resolution the following Tables:

   Table 1. The number of existing connections within the five user classes defined in this chapter are exhibited in Table 1. This table also exhibits the total flow and loadings of BOD, and TSS attributable to each user class.

   Table 3. Equipment Replacement Costs; Annualized.

   Table 4. Projected Labor Costs.

   Table 5. Projected Total Annual Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Costs.

   Table 6. Allocation of Total Annual OM&R Costs.

   Table 7. Construction Costs.

   Table 8. Allocation of Debt Service Charges.

   Table 9. Replacement of Plant Structures.

   Table 10. Total Unit Costs.
