§ 114.21 HOURS OF BUSINESS.
   The licensed location shall not be open or in operation between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the succeeding day nor shall any person engaged in the practice of massage be on the premises or perform any massage or administer any such services between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the succeeding day.
