§ 118.21 TOWER LIGHTING.
   (A)   A tower shall not be illuminated by artificial means and shall not have affixed or attached to it in any way, except during time of repair or installation, any lights, reflectors, flashers or other illuminating devise, except as required by the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission or any state agency. Strobe lights will not be permitted for night time tower lighting. The applicant shall choose from alternative lighting standards supplied by the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission or state agency. The applicant shall submit with their application the required lighting standards specified by these agencies.
   (B)   When incorporated into the approved design of the tower, light fixtures used to illuminate ball fields, parking lots or similar areas may be attached to the tower.
