The placement of wireless telecommunication antennas on existing buildings, structures, or towers, and placement of equipment structures or cabinets shall meet the standards of the underlying zoning district as specified for an area accessory development and the procedural requirements and standards of this chapter. A site plan and building plan shall be submitted to the city as part of the conditional use application permit.
