§ 95.04 CONSTRUCTION SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
   Private swimming pools shall be constructed so as to avoid hazard or damage to the occupants of the subject property or the occupants of adjacent property and shall meet the following minimum requirements:
   (A)   No pool shall be located within ten feet (measured horizontally) or have its water surface or base of diving platform closer than 18 feet from any overhead electric utility;
   (B)   Underground electrical wiring shall not be permitted under the pool or under the area extending five feet horizontally from the inside wall of the pool;
   (C)   Exceptions to minimum electrical utility clearances permitted only as allowed by the "National Electric Code";
   (D)   No pool shall be located within any public or private utility easement, ingress-egress easement, drainage way, marsh, or other location in which it will represent a threat to the natural environment; and
   (E)   Swimming pools are accessory structures in all residential districts under the City Zoning Ordinance and must meet appropriate setback regulations.
