§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   Violation of any provision of this chapter including but not limited to the regulations specified for the disposal site and those incorporated herein by reference shall be upon conviction, misdemeanors punishable in accordance with the laws of the state and shall in the discretion of the City Council result in license forfeiture.
