§ 115.05 COMMERCIAL FOR HIRE STREET TRIMMERS DEFINED.
   For purposes of these regulations, commercial or for hire trimmers and cutters are such who perform tree trimming and cutting services for others for compensation and who desire access to the city disposal site at any time during the hours specified.
