§ 114.07 FEES.
   (A)   The fees mandated by these regulations are, to wit:
      (1)   Therapeutic establishment fee: $150 yearly fee including initial background check.
      (2)   Therapeutic massage therapist license: $50 yearly fee including initial background check.
   (B)   These fees are subject to supplement and modification from time to time by resolution of the City Council duly enacted.
