§ 52.07 CONNECTIONS TO MUNICIPAL SEWER AND WATER MAINS.
   (A)   Generally. No connection or subsequent repair, replacement or modification to municipal sewer and water systems, except under the direct supervision, control and responsibility of a master plumber.
   (B)   Permits required. All existing requirements prescribed by the city code and codes, state, federal and others heretofore adopted by the city remain in full force and effect.
   (C)   Permit applications. Where permit applications are required such shall, insofar as sewer and water connections and related work and activities are concerned be subscribed to by a master plumber with licensure and/or registration identification noted on the application.
   (D)   Connections, attachments and installations; testing. It shall be the responsibility of a master plumber, fully licensed and certified, to implement all applicable codes' requirements and regulations in the pressure and other prescribed testing of all installations and of all component installations including, but not limited to, grinder-pumps and lift stations and to implement and follow all manufacturers' specifications.
   (E)   Violations. Violation of any provision of this section is a misdemeanor and is punishable upon conviction as provided by law.
