§ 50.20 PURPOSE AND GOALS.
   The purpose of this chapter is to benefit the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the city. This chapter provides for the orderly and efficient collection and management of solid waste within the city, and allows the city to provide quality solid waste management in a manner consistent with the Houston County Solid Waste Management Plan, and pursuant to the requirements of M.S. § 115A.46, Subd. 5.
