(A) All permitted, conditional and accessory uses shall be regulated by the applicable zoning districts underlying this shoreland overlay district.
(B) The lot area and width standards for residential, commercial and industrial lots with the shoreland area shall be as found in the applicable sections of the city zoning code. Only land above the ordinary high water level of public waters can be used to meet lot area standards.
