The official zoning map, together with all materials attached thereto, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The attached material shall include the Flood Insurance Study for the City of La Crescent prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency dated November 2,1982, the Flood Insurance Study for Houston County prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency dated June 6, 2001, the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map and Flood Insurance Rate Map for the City of La Crescent dated May 2,1983, and the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map Panel 270190.0005 and Flood Insurance Rate Map Panel 270190.0005B dated January 6,1982 therein. The official zoning map shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk-Administrator.
