§ 151.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The legislature of the state has in M.S. Chapter 103F and M.S. §§ 412.191, 462.351 through 462.364 and 471.62 delegated the responsibility to local government units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the city does ordain the following chapter.
