(A) Violations of this subchapter are deemed misdemeanors and upon conviction thereof are punishable according to the laws of the state appertaining, together with the cost of prosecution.
(B) Upon any violation of any provisions of this subchapter, the city may seek where indicated injunction to prevent further continued violation, and may as well seek, by appropriate civil remedy, to compel the violator to rectify at the violator's sole expense any damages resulting by virtue of such violation. The cost of enforcing these provisions shall be chargeable and collected against the violator.
