§ 130.03 CERTAIN ACTS DEEMED TO BE TRESPASS.
   (A)   Municipal swimming pool. Any person who enters the enclosure surrounding the municipal swimming pool at a time other than when the pool facility is open for use and is adequately staffed by regular guards and other such employees, unless the person is a member of the maintenance department or of the pool management team or other authorized person on the premises for purposes of maintaining the same, making repairs or inspections thereon, shall be deemed a trespasser.
   (B)   Municipal parks. Any person who shall enter upon the premises of a municipal park or playing field between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and sunrise the following day, unless he or she is found on a public street or thoroughfare therein, shall be deemed a trespasser, except in cases where his or her presence therein is by virtue of any existing emergency.
   (C)   City facilities. Any person who is found in or upon the maintenance department premises, the wastewater treatment plant facilities, the city water pumping and storage and other facilities, the city hall, the Fire Department properties, unless he or she is a maintenance department employee or other authorized agent of the city, or unless he or she is deemed a person performing a legitimate service in connection with the maintenance of such facilities or the utilities therein and thereon, shall be deemed a trespasser.
