§ 130.02 TRESPASSING.
   (A)   The laws of the state defining trespassing and prescribing punishment for convictions of violations of such regulations, as contained in M.S. § 609.605, as amended, are hereby incorporated herein by this reference as if set out in full.
   (B)   In addition to the acts defined as trespassing under and pursuant to the laws of the state and the acts and omissions elsewhere defined in the city code as constituting trespassing, TRESPASS as here intended and defined is extended to include and define as trespassers all persons who, without bona fide purpose, infringe upon any public school property between the time from one-half hour before until one-half hour after all scheduled school hours and all supervised extra curricular activity, who have been directed by school authority to leave such premises unless and until the presence thereon of any such person is thereafter authorized in writing.
   (C)   The term SCHOOL AUTHORITY shall include all administrative faculty or other personnel who the School Board, by resolution, shall designate as having the authority to invoke the provisions of division (B) of this section.
