§ 112.01 REGISTRATION REQUIRED. 
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any peddler or transient merchant to conduct business within the city without first obtaining a license from the city.
   (B)   Solicitors who take orders to be delivered at a later time and which are shipped from another state (hence involving interstate commerce), although not requiring a licence from the city, are required to register with the city.
