§ 111.03 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   (A)   License required. No person shall engage in the business of pawnbroker unless licensed to do so by the city. A separate license shall be required for each place of business.
   (B)   Application. A person desiring a pawnbroker license shall make application therefor in writing to the City Clerk on application forms approved by the City Council, which application forms shall minimally state the names of persons conducting the business, the place of residence and nature of business thereof. Licenses shall be issued for one year and the one-year period shall coincide with the duration of other licenses issued annually by the city. The license fees may be prorated, but are nonrefundable. Licenses are not transferable.
   (C)   Eligibility. No person shall be eligible for a license under this chapter who is not eligible for a license under M.S. § 325J.03. No license shall be issued for a location which is not eligible for a license under M.S. § 325J.10.
