§ 90.12 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.
   (A)   All provisions of this chapter shall apply to cats and shall be construed quoted and cited when applied to cats by substituting the word “cat(s)” and “kitten(s)” in lieu of “dog(s)” and “pup(s)” and in lieu of “barking,” “cat noises.”

   (B)   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to dogs, cats and all other animals, domestic or otherwise, which persons may bring to any location within the corporate limits of the city. These provisions shall not be regarded as permitting the presence of any such other animals anywhere within the corporate limits of the city if prohibited by other code provision or contrary to the general laws of the state.
