The city may, at its option, and at such intervals, utilizing appropriate notice to the public, employ suitable persons upon such terms and conditions as it may see fit, to make a house-to-house census and issue warnings to owners then and there to procure their rabies shots and licenses. The city shall impose such additional charge for each license issued in the course of such census as set forth in § 90.30.
