§ 90.03 DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No dog shall be permitted to run at large within the city limits.
   (B)   In preventing a dog from running at large, if the owner uses a leash, it should be properly anchored and of sufficient strength to prevent the dog from freeing itself.
