Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., every day except Sundays and legal holidays, the stopping or parking of motor vehicles for more than two consecutive hours on such streets and at such locations as may be designated by resolution of the Council, duly enacted. The streets and locations thereon where parking is limited to two consecutive hours are set forth in the parking schedules of Chapter 73.
