(A) Generally. No vehicle shall be stopped or parked at any time on certain public thoroughfares in the city where the permitting of parking shall be hazardous. The City Council, by resolution duly enacted, shall designate such public thoroughfares or portions thereof. The streets and other public thoroughfares upon which stopping or parking is thus prohibited is set forth in the parking schedules of Chapter 73.
(B) Designation. No vehicle shall be stopped or parked at any time on any street where a no-parking zone is duly designated by duly posted no-parking zone signs.
