§ 71.02 EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to park in all instances where parking is prohibited by virtue of snow removal activities, in fire lanes and at any other locations designated to be “no parking” on an emergency basis at the direction of the Chief of Police.
