§ 70.48 WHEN OPERATION IS UNLAWFUL EXCEPT WHEN SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED
   (A)   Generally. Except as specifically permitted and authorized in this subchapter, it is unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile within the limits of the city.
   (B)   Public right-of-way. Except when authorized, it shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile on the portion of any right-of-way of any public highway, street, road, trail or alley.
   (C)   Sidewalks. Except when authorized, it shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile on a public sidewalk provided for pedestrian travel.
   (D)   Boulevards. Except when authorized, it shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile on boulevards within any public right-of-way.
   (E)   Private property. Except when authorized, it shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile on private property of another without written permission of the owner or person in control of the property.
   (F)   Public places. Except when authorized, it shall be unlawful to operate a snowmobile on any other public place except as may be specifically permitted in writing or by other provisions of the city.
