(A) Each meeting of the Council shall be held on the second and fourth Monday of each calendar month commencing at 5:30 p.m., official time.
(B) Council business shall be conducted in the following order:
(1) Call to order.
(2) Roll call.
(3) Consent agenda. All items on the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered as a separate item on the regular agenda.
(4) Public hearings.
(5) Ordinances and resolutions.
(6) Reports of officers, boards and committees.
(7) Unfinished business.
(8) New business.
(9) Miscellaneous.
(10) Adjournment.
