§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter may be expelled or ejected at such time from a park at the discretion of a law enforcement officer.
