§ 120.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who undertakes or allows any violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine or by imprisonment, or both, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota State Statutes.
