§ 70.04 NON-MOTORIZED VEHICLES TO BE ATTACHED TO MOTORIZED VEHICLES.
   It shall be a violations of this section to park non-motorized vehicles, including but not limited to campers, trailers, and so-called fifth wheelers, unless such non-motorized vehicles are attached to a vehicle duly licensed to transport such vehicles on the public streets and highways of the state.
