Any other regulation of the City of La Crescent, conflicting with the regulations hereinbefore contained, are hereby, to that extent, repealed. In the event other regulations are consistent herewith, but one or the other more restrictive, the more restrictive shall control. In the event any provision hereof is declared invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, all other provisions of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect.
