§ 51.27 REPEAL OF WATER RATIONING.
It is policy of the city to keep Stage B in effect for no longer than necessary. The Water Department Supervisor and City Council shall take steps to lift Stage B restrictions as soon as lifting the restrictions will not result in the city’s water supply falling below unsafe levels. Upon a majority vote of the City Council to repeal a water rationing stage then in effect, the City Clerk shall cause to be published a notice stating that the water stage has been terminated.
