(A) The Water Superintendent or any person duly authorized by him or her shall have authority to enter upon any premises supplied with water by the city at all reasonable times to read, repair or replace any water meter(s) placed thereon.
(B) All plumbing work shall be done in accordance with standards as set forth in the State Plumbing Code and all work underground shall be subject to inspection prior to being covered up.
