(A) Any person or entity who violates any provision of §§ 115.01 through 115.04 shall be punished by a fine not less than $250 for a first offense in any 12-month period, a fine of not less than $500 for a second offense within any period, and a fine of not less than $750 for a third offense and all subsequent offenses within any 12-month period.
(B) Each day any subsequent violation of those sections shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) This penalty shall be in addition to the costs provided for the abatement of nuisances by the city and in addition to any and all other remedies which may be available to the city under this code or State of Illinois statutes.
