§ 153.077 USES PERMITTED IN THE AG AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT.
   Other than bona fide agricultural uses within any AG Agricultural District, no building or premises shall be used or arranged of designed to be used, except for one or more of the following uses, which shall be subject to all regulations and requirements for permit of this chapter and which do not violate county and state nuisance ordinances:
   (A)   Churches;
   (B)   Dwellings, single-family or two-family to include subterranean structures;
   (C)   Greenhouses;
   (D)   Home occupations (see definition included herein);
   (E)   Hospitals and institutions of an educational, charitable or philanthropic nature provided that such buildings shall not be located upon sites containing an area of less than five acres, may not occupy over 30% of the total area of the lot, that the building shall be set back from all yard lines a distance of not less than two feet for each foot of building height;
   (F)   Hunting and fishing;
   (G)   Lakes (artificial, three acres or less);
   (H)   Monasteries, nunneries, religious retreats, home for the aged, orphanages;
   (I)   Any exploratory drilling operation of actual production well for gas or oil or other natural resources, provided it is not within 300 feet of a residence;
   (J)   Picnic grounds provided that the minimum area of such tract shall be 10,000 square feet, and that one sign with an area of not more than 20 square feet may be displayed thereon, that a gravel crushed stone or other improved access road shall be provided;
   (K)   Schools;
   (L)   Signs (unilluminated or unlighted) as follows:
      (1)   Nameplates not exceeding 144 square inches in area on either side for each dwelling unit;
      (2)   Bulletin boards for churches and identification signs for schools or other permitted uses, not exceeding 24 square feet in area when located on. the premises of such use;
      (3)   Signs offering for sale land, lots, houses, livestock, seed corn, not exceeding 50 square feet in area;
      (4)   Signs permitted by law within highway right-of-way; and
      (5)   Signs shall conform to the yard requirements of the district in which placed.
