§ 153.028 R-2A TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   The following regulations shall apply in all R-2A Districts:
   (A)   Uses permitted.
      (1)   Any use permitted in an R-2 District; and
      (2)   Two-family dwelling.
   (B)   Floor area ratio. The floor area ratio on a lot shall not exceed 0.7.
   (C)   Required lot area.
      (1)   Each single-family dwelling shall be located on a lot having an area of not less than 6,000 square feet. Lot width shall not be less than 50 feet.
      (2)   Each two-family dwelling shall be located on a lot having an area of not less than 6,000 square feet per family. Lot width shall not be less than 50 feet.
   (D)   Yards required. Yards of the following minimum depth shall be provided:
      (1)   Front yard: same as those required in R-1 Districts.
      (2)   Side yard: same as those required in R-2 Districts.
      (3)   Rear yard: same as those required in R-2 Districts.
   (E)   Automobile storage or parking space. Adequate off-street parking in accordance with the provisions of § 153.093.
