§ 153.008 ENFORCEMENT.
   This chapter shall be enforced by the Zoning Enforcing Officer who shall be appointed by the Mayor of city by and with the consent of the City Council. No building permit or certificate of occupancy shall issued by him or her except where the provisions of this chapter shall have been complied with.
