§ 153.003 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.

   For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the city and the land lying outside and contiguous for a distance of one and one-half miles from the corporate limits of the city, are hereby divided into the following types of districts:

   (A)   AG Districts (Agricultural Districts);

   (B)   R-1 Districts (One-Family Residential) - (FAR 0.5);

   (C)   R-2 Districts (One-Family Residential) - (FAR 0.5);

   (D)   R-2A Districts (Two-Family Residential) - (FAR 0.7);

   (E)   R-3 Districts (Multiple Family Residential) - (FAR 1.2);

   (F)   R-4 Districts (Mobile Homes) - (FAR 0.3);

   (G)   C-1 Districts (Local Retail Districts) - (FAR 0.8);

   (H)   C-2 Districts (General Retail Districts) - (FAR 1.0);

   (I)   C-3 Districts (Service District) - (FAR 1.2);

   (J)   I-1 Districts (Light Industrial Districts) - (FAR 2.0); and

   (K)   I-2 Districts (Heavy Industrial Districts) - (FAR 5.0).
