§ 150.42 EVEN, ODD NUMBERS.
   Fifth Street shall be the base for north and south numbers. All even numbers in the numbering system of the city shall be assigned on the east and south sides of the streets, and all odd numbers shall be assigned on the west and north sides of the streets.
