No license shall be issued hereunder unless the applicant shall file with the application a certificate by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state, certifying that the applicant has in force and effect the insurance in an amount as required by 235 ILCS 5/6-21(a). Failure to maintain said insurance shall result in suspension or revocation of said license.
