§ 114.07 CLASSIFICATION; FEES.
   Such licenses shall be divided into the following classes:
   (A)   Class A: shall permit the retail sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption on and off the premises where sold and not for resale in any form. The annual fee for such license shall be $600;
   (B)   Class B: shall permit the retail sale of beer and wine for consumption, as well as retail sale of beer and wine not for consumption on the premises specified. The license fee shall be $400;
   (C)   Class C: shall permit the retail sale of alcoholic liquor to be issued to a regularly organized club and said sales to be made only to members and guests of the club. The annual fee for such license shall be $25;
   (D)   Class D: shall permit the retail sale of alcoholic liquors in sealed packages, but not for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual license fee shall be $600; and
   (E)   Class T: shall permit the retail sale of beer and wine only at any stands, booths, tents, banquet, picnic, fair, game, bazaar or similar assembly. Such temporary permits shall be only issued to a fraternal or benevolent, charitable or religious organization organized not for pecuniary profit and shall be for a period not to exceed three successive calendar days. No more than two such temporary permits shall be granted to any such applicant in any one year. The daily fee for such license shall be $10. No temporary license shall be issued unless adequate trash receptacles are provided and sanitation provisions are made. The applicant is responsible for control of litter and other material during and after the event and in addition, the applicant is responsible for demonstrating that adequate parking is available.
