§ 31.22 COMMITTEES.

   (A)   The following shall be the standing committees of the City Council:

      (1)   Finance and Purchasing;

      (2)   Water and Sewer;

      (3)   Building, Grounds and Streets; and

      (4)   Police.

   (B)   Special and additional committees shall be created from time to time as directed by the City Council and or the Mayor. All standing and special committees shall consist up to four members each, including the Chairperson or Chairpersons unless the Council shall direct otherwise. All committees shall be appointed by the Mayor.
