§ 93.23 TERM OF OFFICE.
   (A)   The term of the seven persons to be appointed by the Mayor shall be two years, except that the term of three of the members appointed to the first Board shall be for one year and that the term of one person of the first Board shall be for three years.
   (B)   In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed, by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council for the unexpired portion of the term.
