There is hereby created and established a City Tree Board, which shall consist of eight members, with at least one being a city resident with a degree and/or experience in tree and plant horticulture, the Superintendent of Public Works as a representative of the Public Works Department, and six other members who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
